Harmonic Superhuman is about alignment. Superhuman means awakening your own hidden natural potential — the state you reach when body, mind, and spirit are in harmony. This understanding comes from ancient wisdom, including Ayurveda, where balance is the foundation of health, clarity, and vitality.
I am Helen — Ukrainian-born, based in the Netherlands, with a background in IT and a deep connection to holistic and energetic practices. I am not a healer; I work as a channel. Through crystal bowl frequencies, meditation, and energetic alignment, I help activate your body’s innate intelligence so it can realign itself. Sessions are intuitive, precise, and designed to work quickly and deeply.
